Products will be processed through the tunnel, which is designed
separately from outside environment. |
|

When processed through the tunnel, products will be absorbed
the heat and moist by the automatic computing controlling
system. Before products are vacuum packed, the pre-conditioning
system will prevent the appearance of moldy and wrinkle, so
products will be preserved its status in a long time. |

| To
keep its quality after processed by the pre-conditioning,
products will be packaged and pressed in the specialized multi-layer
nylon, polyester bags. This system can vacuum-package about
500 products per hour. |

When the air is pulled out from the nylon bag, cushion product
will be pressed down within 1/10 times in comparison with
original thickness. |

the vacuum pack is opened, the air will overflow into, pillow
or cushion will be stretched like the origin has not been
packaged. |

Use the pair of
scissors cut the bag off.
Pull the cushion out the bag. |

| Use two hands
to slap strongly about 10 times along
two sides of the cushion following
direction of the arrow. |

| The cushion will
stretch softly and beautifully. |

■Attention:
After slaped, please crush the corners
of the cushion so that they will be
bloated.
(Note: It needs 1 – 2 days for the
complete air inflation of the product.)

Compressing the size:
Before move on the market, the cushions,
pillows and cushion are pressed by VPS system. So we can minimize
